Graduated in Law from "Nicolae Titulescu" University of Bucharest, she obtained a Master's degree in International and European Community Law and one in Business Law from the same University; she then obtained a postgraduate diploma in International Relations at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

She has gained significant experience in debt recovery, with particular focus on the automotive sector, for which she is coordinator.
