Fulvio Anzaldo
He graduated in criminal procedure with prof. Ennio Amodio at the University of Milan, submitting a thesis on an extraordinarily topical subject: "Telephone tapping in criminal proceedings".
He obtained a Diploma from the Post-graduate School for Legal Professions at the University of Milan, where he also did his internship at the First Criminal Chamber of the Court of Milan, specialising in corporate and bankruptcy offences.
Since 2005 he has worked as a lawyer and has gained experience in various areas, particularly Criminal Law. He has also defended cases with high media resonance.
He practises before the Supreme Court and other Higher courts and deals with criminal matters relating to environmental, urban planning, tax, corporate and labour offences.
He is a member of the Criminal Chamber of Como and Lecco and of a working group set up within the same Chamber with internal organisational and proactive functions in prison matters.
As a speaker, he has held training courses accredited by the respective Bar Associations on civil and criminal matters as well as for employees on the so-called "model 231" (principles guiding the management of a company), also holding the position of supervisory board.
He has held courses on the education on legal rights and duties in schools.
