Roberto Bragaglia
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Rome, "La Sapienza" University.
He has been a lawyer, registered with the Rome Bar, practising before the Supreme Court and other Higher courts since 2009.
During his career, he has worked in leading law firms in both out-of-court and civil litigation.
He has gained significant experience in assisting and advising national and multinational companies in the areas of contracts and food legislation.
Since the beginning of his professional career, he has also worked on commercial leases, personal law and issues related to the transfer and rental of businesses.
He is a consultant for important companies in the management of relations with local authorities and concessionary companies for the collection of local taxes, with particular attention to disputes relating to the payment of taxes such as the municipal tax on advertising, for which he has extensive experience as counsel before Tax Commissions.
