Lawyer (avvocato), admitted to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court and other higher courts. He has been studying Customs Law since 1980 and has acquired particular experience in related litigation. In this field he collaborates as a contracted professor with the Departments of Legal Sciences and Business Administration of the University of Verona. He participates as a speaker at seminars and conferences on customs matters or organised by professional and business associations; he collaborates with sector journals and is the author of publications on this subject. He is chairman of the Disciplinary Board for the Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige Regions at the Regional Council of Customs Brokers (Consiglio territoriale degli spedizionieri doganali) of the Veneto Region. He is chairman of the Verona Chamber of Tax Lawyers, which is a member of the National Union of Tax Lawyers’ Chambers (UNCAT - Unione nazionale delle camere avvocati tributaristi). He acts as coordinator of the Tax and Fiscal Commission of the Verona Bar Association. He is a member of the Veneto branch of ANTI - Associazione nazionale tributaristi italiani, the Italian Tax Lawyers’ Association, and of UIA-Union internationale des avocats.
